5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refusal of COD delivery without valid reason may result in blacklisting.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery, subject to:

- Original tags intact
- No washing
- No damage
Refunds are initiated after quality inspection.
Refund timeline:
- Razorpay prepaid: 5–10 business days
- COD: Bank transfer only (customer must provide valid bank details)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is defective.

All content including:
- Logo
- Images
- Product designs
- Descriptions
- Website design
Are the exclusive property of Daffodils.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Daffodils shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential losses
- Emotional dissatisfaction
- Delay due to courier partners
- Force majeure events
Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
